New Delhi, Sept 8: President Droupadi Murmu and Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Sunday extended their greetings to the people on the festival of Nuakhai wishing 'Nuakhai Juhar' and prayed peace and prosperity for the nation
Murmu along with her heartfelt ‘Nuakhai Juhar’ message wrote on X, “Heartiest congratulations to the people of the country, especially to the people of Odisha on the occasion of the Nuakhai festival. Nuakhai is a great agrarian festival. It’s a special occasion to show our gratitude to the farmers of the country. May this festival fill everybody’s life with peace and prosperity.”
Similalry, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi who visited to Western Odisha in the morning to participate in the Nuakhai festival and to launch some dream projects for the farmers, extended his Nuakhai greetings today on the traditional agrarian festivity.
Taking to X, the CM wrote, “Nuakhai Juhar to all on the occasion of Western Odisha’s Nuakhai festival. I pray for peace and prosperity of all before Goddess Samaleswari.”
