New twist in Chandrika death case: ‘DIE DIE DIE’ diary not the missing personal journal, claims cousin

Bhubaneswar, June 9: A significant development has developed in the high-profile death case of medical student Chandrika, with her cousin Rashmita claiming that the diary containing the words “DIE DIE DIE” is not the missing personal diary in which Chandrika reportedly documented important aspects of her life.

According to Rashmita, a small pocket diary was recovered from Chandrika’s bag on the day of the incident. She said she personally saw the words “DIE DIE DIE” written inside that diary after police seized the bag and showed its contents to family members.

However, Rashmita clarified that the recovered pocket diary is different from Chandrika’s larger personal diary, which she regularly used to write about her life and experiences. She alleged that the larger diary has not yet been traced and believes it could provide crucial information about the circumstances surrounding Chandrika’s death.

Rashmita further stated that Chandrika’s laptop, tablet, and iPad are reportedly in the possession of her male friend, Bhimsen. She claimed that these electronic devices may contain important clues and could help unravel several unanswered questions related to the case.

The revelations have added a new dimension to the investigation, as family members continue to seek answers regarding the mysterious death of the medical student.
