Chennai, March 16: Renowned music composer A.R. Rahman, recently hospitalized due to dehydration, has been discharged and is now recovering at home, according to his family on Sunday.

The 58-year-old artist was admitted to a private hospital early on Sunday morning, as confirmed by his manager, Senthil Velan.

 Earlier, Rahman's sister, A.R. Reihana, dismissed rumors suggesting the composer was hospitalized after experiencing chest pain.
