Bhubaneswar, Nov 13: Senior Congress leader Bhakta Charan Das on Saturday demanded an investigation into the sensational Mamita Meher murder case by a sitting judge of Orissa High Court. He also demanded the immediate removal of Minister Dibya Shankar Mishra from his post for his alleged links with Govinda Sahu, the prime accused in the murder case. The call details record (CDR) of the Minister, Govind Sahu and the victim should be probed to facilitate an unbiased and fair probe in the case, he added. Worth mentioning, the opposition BJP and the Congress have intensified their protests after Chief Minister Naveen Pattnaik shared stage with Minister Dibya Shankar Mishra while distributing BSKY cards in Kalahandi.
