Bhubaneswar, Nov, 29: In a recent party program of the BJP, government officials of Nuapada block under Nuapada district were asked by Kalanadi MP, Basanta Panda to explain the implementation of various centrally sponsored programs.
Panda questioned regarding the paddy procurement, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, ration cards distribution, He grilled officials one after another for one and half hours.
The MP asked the concerned assistant civil supplies officer (ACSO) about the paddy procurement. He asked as to why the farmers' grain was not collected. Similarly, he lamented that poor families were not getting ration properly.
Panda warned the Nuapada BDO Bipin Bihari Deep to implement the government program properly .
He had also attended a similar program in Komna block last week and grilled the officials including BDO and other officials.
