The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), through its Centralised Recruitment Board (ICRB), has announced recruitment for Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ posts. The online application process is currently open and will close on May 19, 2025. The deadline for fee payment is May 21, 2025.

A total of 63 positions are open across the following disciplines:
Electronics: 22 posts
Mechanical: 33 posts
Computer Science: 8 posts
Eligibility criteria
Educational Qualification: Applicants must have a BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in the relevant discipline (Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, or Computer Science) with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks.
GATE Requirement: A valid GATE score in the respective subject is mandatory at the time of application.
Age limit
The upper age limit is 28 years as of May 19, 2025.
Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (Ex-servicemen, Government employees, PwBD) as per Government of India norms.
Application fee
A non-refundable fee of ₹250 is applicable for all categories (UR/OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD/Female).
However, candidates who appear for the written test or interview will be eligible for a fee refund.
Payment must be made online via the Bharatkosh portal using UPI, net banking, or domestic debit/credit cards. Offline payments will not be accepted.
