Bhubaneswar, Sep 7: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and Capital Region Urban Transport come together on International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies and offer free rides for passengers on every Mo e-buses, rickshaws plying on various routes of Bhubaneswar.
Taking to its X (formerly Twitter) handle BMC wrote, “CRUT_BBSR & @bmcbbsr come together to celebrate #InternationalDayOfCleanAirForBlueSkies. Let’s embark on a journey to a cleaner, greener future! On 7th September’23, hop on Mo E-Bus & Mo E-Ride & pledge to contribute towards sustainability. Let’s pave the way for a green future.”
September 7 is observed as the International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies as designated by the UNI General Assembly. This year’s theme, ‘Together for Clean Air’, highlights the urgent need for stronger partnerships, increased investment, and shared responsibility for overcoming air pollution.
