Delhi, May 11: The scheduled DGMO-level conversation between the Director Generals of Military Operations (DGMOs) of India and Pakistan, concluded in the evening today.
Earlier, the meeting was scheduled at 12 noon on Monday, 12 May. However, it was deferred to the evening due to some reason, yet to be ascertained.
India-Pakistan Director Generals of Military Operations (DGMO) talked on the ongoing tension between the two nations which was held over the hotline.
Worth mentioning, India launched 'Operation Sindoor' on early May 7 to destroy nine terror infrastructures in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir in retaliation to the Pahalgam terror attack.
Following a three-day frontal war in the air and land, Pakistan DGMO initiated a talk for complete ceasefire from the night of May 10. However, the Pakistan army violated the agreement soon after the amicable resolution for which the Indian Army retaliated.
Thus, the Monday's talks are the second time that DGMOs of the two countries discussed the ongoing India-Pakistan tension.
Details on the DGMO-level talks, is yet to come, following the PM's address on the Operation Sindoor.
