Delhi, May 8: With the emergency situation amid the escalating Indo-Pak tension, India has mobilized additional security forces on its international borders and porous points on Thursday.
In response to the heightened security situation along the India-Pakistan border and in Jammu and Kashmir, the Government of India has ordered the mobilisation of additional paramilitary forces to the delicate locations, from security point of view.
About 137 companies from various forces, including the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security Force (BSF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), were deployed to reinforce security and ensure the safety of civilians in the border regions.
These units have been assigned to protecting vital installations and evacuating residents from vulnerable areas, for safer shelters.
On the other hand, Indian Armed Forces- the Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force, are neutralizing the turbulent attack of the Pakistan Army following India’s Operation Sindoor, a strategic retaliation owing to the Pahalgam attack wherein 26 Indians including a Nepali citizen were brutally killed.
