Bolangir, June 19: A 40-year-old woman was allegedly filmed while taking a bath at her rented house in Odisha’s Bolangir district. After she filed a complaint, police arrested two youths and produced them in court.

The accused have been identified as Devanand Gahir (26) and Raj Mahanand (25), both from Deobandpara under Titilagarh police limits.

Reports say the two youths secretly recorded the woman while she was bathing by using a mobile phone through a bathroom skylight.

As soon as the woman learned about it, she informed the Titilagarh police. Acting quickly, police registered a case and arrested both accused.

They have been booked under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Information Technology Act.

Police said the mobile phone used in the incident has been seized and further investigation is going on.
