Hyderabad, Jan 10: The Hyderabad Police, in collaboration with the H-NEW team, arrested two Nigerian nationals on Friday within the jurisdiction of Tolichowki Police Station. Authorities seized 150 grams of MDMA, mobile phones, various identity documents, and bank cards from the suspects, officials confirmed.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Task Force), Vaibhav Gaiwad, revealed that the accused had traveled from New Delhi to Hyderabad with the intention of supplying drugs. He also noted that the individuals had overstayed their visas and were involved in illegal activities while in India.

"The Hyderabad City Police and the H-NEW team apprehended the two Nigerian drug suppliers in Tolichowki Police Station limits. Along with 150 grams of MDMA, we seized mobile phones, various identity cards, and bank cards from them. They came from Delhi specifically to supply drugs in Hyderabad. The accused will be blacklisted to prevent them from returning to India. They were found to have overstayed in the country while engaging in unlawful activities," Vaibhav Gaiwad told reporters.
