Bhubaneswar, Aug 6: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is set to leave for a three-day visit to New Delhi on Wednesday afternoon as part of the state government's efforts to attract fresh investments and accelerate industrial development.

According to the official itinerary, the Odisha delegation will participate in a series of investor meetings and roadshows in New Delhi and Gurugram. Chief Minister Majhi will lead the outreach programmes aimed at showcasing Odisha as a preferred investment destination.

The Chief Minister will be accompanied by Industries Minister Sampad Chandra Swain, Chief Secretary Anu Garg, Industries Secretary Hemant Sharma, and other senior officials of the state government.

The roadshows are part of Odisha's ongoing investment promotion campaign, focusing on attracting domestic and global investors across key sectors. The initiative is expected to strengthen industrial growth, create employment opportunities, and encourage new business partnerships in the state.

Following the two-day investor engagement programme, Chief Minister Majhi is expected to return to Bhubaneswar on August 8 or August 9, depending on the official schedule.

The visit underscores the Odisha government's continued emphasis on positioning the state as a major investment hub through strategic industry outreach and investor engagement initiatives.
