Bhubaneswar, My 3: In a tragic incident in Bhubaneswar, a young biker was crushed over to death by an Ama Bus on Sunday.

The incident took place on the Vani Vihar- Satsang Nagar road this afternoon.

The deceased is yet to be identified.

The youth was coming on his bike from Rasulgarg- Vani Vihar on the mainroad. Meanwhile, he was hit by an Ama Bus that was coming on the same route. As a result, the youth was crushed over by the vehicle and died on spot.

On being informed, Saheed Nagar police rushed to the scene and took the errant driver to custody. Apart from it, the cops pacified the mob that was about to take law into hands by hitting stones on the involved Mo Bus.

The body was seized and sent for postmortem examination while efforts were on to ascertain the whereabouts of the deceased, based on his bike’s particulars.
