Bhubaneswar: Kalinga Runners Trust (KRT), in association with Nism Consulting Private Limited, has launched the official finishers T-shirts and medals for the 7th edition of Nism Bhubaneswar Marathon 2026, which is scheduled to be held on March 1 at the RTO Ground here.
The marathon will feature over 1800 participants and a total prize money of Rs. 3.5 lakh has been announced today. The flag-off time is 5 am, with runners and walkers competing in three categories, 5 km, 10 km and 21 km.
The launch ceremony was held under the leadership of Nikhat Mohammadi, Head of Operations, India, Nism Consulting Private Limited and Swati Mohanty, President, Kalinga Runners Trust, which officially started the final countdown to one of the biggest and most purposeful sporting events in Odisha.

The main focus of this year's event is "women empowerment" as per the NISM CSR Fund. Deep Trust is its charitable partner. It is being organized by Kalinga Runners Trust, Bhubaneswar.
