Puri, Jan 24: In a shocking incident, a hotel employee was found murdered near College Chhak under the Town police limits in Puri. The victim has been identified as Kuna, a resident of Jaleswar in Balasore district, who was employed at Gayatri Hotel, located in College Chhak.

According to the hotel owner, Kuna had a previous enmity with another employer, identified as Tuku, and it is suspected that Tuku may have been involved in the murder.

Upon receiving the news, Puri SP Prateek Singh, along with his team and forensic experts, arrived at the scene. They discovered the victim's body, which bore multiple injuries. Kuna was rushed to the hospital, but doctors declared him dead upon arrival.

The police have cordoned off the area and initiated an investigation into the murder.
