New Delhi, September 11: Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum officially launched the Dubai campus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, on Thursday, as reported by the Ministry of Education.
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, currently on a two-day visit to the UAE, hailed the opening as a significant milestone in India's global educational expansion.
Pradhan described the new campus as a crucial step in sharing India's academic excellence with the world. The IIM Ahmedabad Dubai campus will showcase the best of India globally. Dubai has provided the ideal platform to embody the spirit of 'Indian in essence, global in vision' by hosting IIM Ahmedabad's international branch," he shared on X.
