Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s para badminton player Deep Ranjan Bisoyee brought home a bronze medal from the prestigious British and Irish Para Badminton International Level 1 Tournament 2025, held from July 21 to July 26, 2025, in Cardiff, Wales.

Deep Ranjan Bisoyee from Odisha partnering with his team-mate Manoj Sarkar from Uttarakhand. In the Men's Doubles SL3-SL4 – Bronze Medal secured a bronze medal for their campaign losing to Indian pair of Naveen Shivakumar and Jagadesh Dilli 21-23, 18-21 and receiving bronze medal at the event. 

These outstanding performances reflect the dedication, hard work, and consistent support received by the athletes.

The medal winners expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Government of Odisha, Department of Sports and Youth Services, their parent departments, and the Para Sports Association of Odisha (PSAO) for the constant encouragement and institutional support that made their international success possible.
