Lucknow (UP): A Private clinic in UP’s Haidergarh was sealed on Sunday after a child died after a jab and three children were left critical with the same medication.

The deceased has been identified as Hasanain, who had rashes on his body.

He received an injection from an unlicensed practitioner named Brijmohan at his clinic. After the injection, Hasanain's condition worsened, leading to his death at the Community Health Center (CHC). His twin sibling and two other children with similar rashes were referred to a higher medical center.

On being informed, the district administration conducted a raid and sealed Brijmohan's clinic upon preliminary investigation.

Responding to pressers, the CMO said that further legal action will be taken after a thorough inquiry.

The deceased child's post-mortem was conducted, and the incident has raised concerns about unlicensed medical practices in the area.
