Bhawanipatna, Aug 18: Body of a CRPF jawan was found hanging at Bhawanipatna in Odisha’s Kalahandi district on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Arjunn Charan Nayak, associated with the CRPF 64 Battalion, deployed for dealing with naxalites.
Sources said that the jawan’s body was recovered by the police from outside the staff quarter in the CRPF Colony.
The body was seized by the police and sent for postmortem.
The cop is suspected to have committed suicide.
