Bhubaneswar Tigers secured a thrilling one-run victory over Kataka Panthers through the DLS method during a rain-interrupted fixture of the Bharat Masala Odisha T20 League CM Trophy at Barabati Stadium. This state-level tournament serves as a vital platform for regional cricketers to showcase their talent and gain professional exposure. Match officials had to make quick decisions as weather repeatedly changed the course of the game.
Bowling dominance on display
Tigers bowlers delivered an outstanding performance right from the start. They successfully restricted Kataka Panthers to a modest 53/6 in just 7.4 overs before weather conditions halted the first innings.
