Bhubaneswar, Oct 10: As the capital city decked up for another spectacular and lavish Durga Puja celebration, the Barmunda Durga Puja Committee presented a stunning pandal inspired by a Rajasthan’s Umaid Bhawan palace.
Standing 80 feet tall and 100 feet wide, the committee is investing over Rs 30 lakh to ensure a vibrant and unique experience for devotees.
To ensure a smooth experience, they have around 100 volunteers and puja committee members. Additionally, CCTV cameras already installed to enhance security.
Devotees will be treated to traditional offerings, including ‘Anna’ and ‘Dalma’ on Saptami and ‘Khichdi’ and ‘Dalma’ on Astami, and ‘Dahi Pakhala’ on Dashami, as part of this year’s festivities.
