Bhubaneswar, Durga Puja 2023 Oct 17: Around 20 artists from West Bengal are working for over a month in making Kolkata's Belur Math replica using bamboo, plywood, fibre, sunpack sheets and other materials at Dumduma Durga Puja pandal.

Dumduma Durga Puja Committee has decided to spend over Rs 14 lakh this year and special arrangements are being made to make the celebration unique one.
The 8 feet idol of Goddess Durga will wear a silver crown and other silver and gold ornaments. Traditional gitinatya, bhajan, nabarangi and melody will be held from Saptami.
Similarly, Old AG Colony in Unit -IV, one of the oldest puja committeess of the city is going to celebrate its 67th year Durga Puja thsi year. The colony is celebrating Durga Puja since 1956. Here the Goddess is worshiped following West Bengal tradition.
