Jalandhar, May 13: Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Adampur Air Base in Punjab and saluted the Air Warriors for their role in the successful Operation Sindoor. Amid chants of 'Bharat Mata ki Jai' and 'Vande Mataram', PM Modi praised the armed forces for their courage and precision.

Operation Sindoor, launched on May 7 in response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, targeted terror camps in Pakistan and PoK, eliminating over 100 terrorists. PM Modi declared that India now has a clear policy on terrorism — strike back with full force.

Air Marshal AK Bharti clarified that the operation aimed at terrorists, not civilians or the Pakistan military. PM Modi affirmed that India's armed forces have full freedom to act, saying the operation has set a new benchmark in counter-terror strategy.(With Agency Input)
