Cuttack, May 27: A Bolero vehicle used by Manaswini Das, the Sub-Collector of Banki, met with an accident near Bhagipur on Wednesday morning after crashing into a roadside tree.

According to reports, the vehicle was travelling from Banki to Cuttack to pick up the Sub-Collector when the mishap occurred between 6 am-7 am.

The driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to veer off the road and hit a tree.

While no injuries were reported in the accident, a scooter parked nearby sustained damage due to the impact.
