Mumbai, April 23: Actress Anushka Sharma, who hails from an army background, has expressed deep anguish over the “heinous” terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, calling it an act that “will never be forgotten.”

The attack, which took place on Tuesday, claimed the lives of nearly 28 people—mostly tourists—and is being described as the deadliest in the Valley since the 2019 Pulwama tragedy.

Taking to Instagram, Anushka shared her grief and outrage, writing, “Heartbroken to hear about the cold-blooded terror attack on innocent people in Pahalgam, Kashmir. My heartfelt prayers and condolences to their families. This is a heinous act that will never be forgotten.”
