Bhubaneswar: The national craze dialogue of Pushparaj aka Allu Arjun “Pushpa naam sunkar FLOWER samjha Kya, main FIRE nahin WILDFIRE hoon” is seemingly not taken at the face value by the protesters who Sunday attacked the residence of the superstar in Hyderabad.

The vitriolic attack on star actor Allu Arjun by the Telangana CM Revanth Reddy on the floor of the House and the attack at his residence by a motley of protestors holding the star responsible for stampede at Sandhya Theatres leading to death of Revathy show the issue is  growing bigger day by day with a political twist.

THE INCIDENT

As per the video surfaced online, it was seen some unidentified individuals who claim to be Osmania University Joint Action Committee (JAC) leaders pelted stones , tomatoes at the residence of Allu Arjun Jubilee Hills.

It is heard from the video that the student stone pelters were demanding justice to Sri Tej’s family. They were heard claiming that Allu Arjun failed in extending his support to the deceased family.

As per the video shared by senior journalist Sudhakar Udumula,

• Tomatoes Pelted at Allu Arjun’s Residence;
• Flower Pots Damaged A group of miscreants,
• The group raised slogans demanding justice for the family of Revathi.
• They also intercepted Allu Arjun’s personal staff while continuing to throw tomatoes at the residence.
• There are unconfirmed claims that stones were also pelted during the attack, which are yet to be verified.

WHY IT SEEMS ALLU ARJUN’S CASE TAKING A POLITICAL TURN?

First, let’s take a look at the point the Telangana CM has raised at the floor of the house while discussing the Sandhya Theatre Stampede. CM Revath Reddy said the following.

• The CM questioned the rationale behind celebrities visiting Allu Arjun's residence in the aftermath of the tragedy. 
• He asked "Did Allu Arjun lose a kidney, leg, or an eye? 
• Why was there such urgency for stars to visit him? 
• Did anyone think of the injured boy or the grieving family?
• The CM claimed that Allu Arjun continued his public appearances despite police warnings about potential crowd control issues. 
• Claiming that videos of the incidents show, the CM said, "Even after being informed about the death, he remained in the theatre. Only after did the police threaten to arrest him, he left. Even after this, he keep waving to the crowd from his car's rooftop." said Reddy, citing videos of the incident.
• The CM also claimed that police had denied permission for Allu Arjun’s appearance at the theatre, citing safety concerns. 
• He blamed Allu Arjun’s behavior for the tragedy.

WHY CM IS ANGRY AT PUSPHARAJ?

In the Assembly, CM Revanth Reddy said, the government would ensure strict measures against jacking up cinema ticket prices in the state.

There were widespread reports across the nation, especially from Hyderabad, Mumbai and even Bhubaneswar, where the cinema house chains have jacked up the prices of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 The Rule.

The attack on star actor Allu Arjun by the Telangana Congress government has led the Opposition BJP and BRS to castigate it as a vindictive attack. Here are the reactions on social media by opposition.
