Cuttack, Nov 13: With the historic Bali Jatra 2025 set to conclude on Thursday night, District Collector Dattatraya B. Sindhe has urged elderly citizens and young children to avoid attending the festival.

Bollywood superstar and singer Shreya Ghoshal is scheduled to perform on the final night, attracting large crowds similar to previous years. To ensure public safety, authorities have arranged LED screens across the festival grounds and provisions for viewing from a distance.

The Collector’s advisory comes in light of expected heavy crowds, aiming to prioritize the safety and well-being of all visitors.
