From being the winner of Zee Sarthak’s SaReGaMaPa – SWARARA MAHAMANCHA, the most prestigious and popular Odia musical reality show to debuting in three Ollywood movies, Singer Debanshi Dash has emerged as Odisha's new favorite voice. Debanshi received Women Achievers Award (WAO) – 2022, an initiative by the Summa Real Media Pvt. Ltd on the occasion of International Women’s Day. Hailing from Puri, Debanshi has achieved many milestones in her short career span. She has won Voice Kid award in 2017 and has won 1st prize in Governor Trophy competition both at district and state level. She has 10 years of experience in Odissi and Hindustan Vocal. The young singer was also awarded with Rajeev Gandhi National Award for singing. Sharing her views about Women's Day, Debanshi says, “I like being a woman, the very fact that a woman is a gift of God which all of us must appreciate.”
