Bhubaneswar, Aug 7: A woman was found hanging inside a hotel room of a bar-cum-hotel in Bhubaneswar under mysterious circumstances on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Subhalaxmi Sahu of Bhadrak district.
On being informed, police officials reached the hotel and recovered the body which was sent for post-mortem.

While the family members of the deceased alleged that she was murdered, police have launched an investigation into the incident.
As per the deceased father, the woman had told her family that she will be staying at her friend’s room in college and not about coming to the hotel. She has been murdered. A proper investigation should be carried out to find out the miscreant.
According to the deceased brother, she can’t hang herself, but rather murdered. How can someone be hanged to death by sitting on a bed? A proper investigation should be done to find out the actual motive of the murder.
