​​​​​​​Bhubaneswar, Oct 10: Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and his deputies Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida on Monday extended warm greetings to people on the auspicious occasion of Diwali.

Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati conveyed his heartfelt wishes for happiness, peace, and prosperity to everyone and wished all a very Happy Diwali.

“On the auspicious occasion of the sacred Diwali, heartfelt greetings to all. Diwali symbolizes the victory of light over darkness and righteousness over unrighteousness. On this holy occasion, I extend my sincere wishes for happiness, peace, and prosperity to everyone. Wishing you a very Happy Diwali,” he wrote in a post on ‘X’.

CM Majhi also extended his heartfelt greetings on the auspicious occasion and expressed his sincere prayer to the Divine Mother, wishing that Diwali fills everyone’s life with the light of knowledge, bringing happiness, peace, and prosperity.

Taking to his official ‘X’ handle, CM Majhi wrote, “On the festival of joy and light, Diwali, I extend my heartfelt greetings and felicitations to everyone. May Diwali fill your life with the light of knowledge, bringing happiness, peace, and prosperity. This is my sincere prayer to the Divine Mother.”

Similarly, Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo also conveyed his wishes on the occasion, stating that the festival of lights should bring prosperity, harmony, and renewed hope to every home across Odisha and Bharat. He urged everyone to celebrate with gratitude, uphold rich traditions, and continue striving towards a brighter, more inclusive future.

“May this festival of lights bring prosperity, harmony, and renewed hope to every home across Odisha and Bharat. Let us celebrate with gratitude, uphold our traditions, and continue working towards a brighter, inclusive future,” he wrote in a post on ‘X’.

Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida extended heartfelt greetings on the festival of light.
