Bhubaneswar, Feb 7: Three young men were killed in a tragic road accident after their motorcycle was hit by a Hyva truck on the outskirts of the city. The identities of the deceased have not yet been confirmed.

According to reports, the accident occurred near Anantapur Chhak under the jurisdiction of Pahala Police Station while the victims were travelling on the Niali road. The three youths were riding a motorcycle when it collided with the heavy vehicle, leading to a fatal crash.

All three riders died in the accident. Their identities are yet to be established.

After receiving information about the incident, police from Pahala Police Station reached the spot and sent the bodies to Capital Hospital for post-mortem examination.

Police are attempting to identify the victims by tracing the owner of the motorcycle through its registration number. Meanwhile, an investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the accident.
