Ganjam, Nov 21: Two persons were killed and 6 others critically injured after a tractor they were travelling overturned in Patrapur area under Talagulanthi block in Odisha’s Ganjam district on Tuesday.
The deceased persons have been identified as Dera Sabar of Gudipadar village and Jagannath Sabar of Kushamala village in the district. The incident occurred while the victims with others were on their way to a political programme. The driver lost control over the steering and the tractor overturned. The injured were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Being informed, police reached the spot, seized the bodies and started a probe into the incident.
