Angul, June 12: Two people lost their lives in a tragic road accident in the wee hours of Thursday following a head-on collision between two motorcycles at Sakasinga in Odisha’s Angul district.
According to initial reports, the collision occurred when two bikes crashed into each other under unknown circumstances.
Locals at the scene quickly responded and rushed all the injured individuals to the Angul District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) for immediate medical attention.
Unfortunately, despite efforts by medical staff, two of the victims were declared dead on arrival. A third person sustained critical injuries and is currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
Further investigation is underway.
