Bengaluru, Dec 4: A Geeta Yajna was successfully held at the Jagannath Temple in the Krishna Paliya area of Bengaluru. For the past several years, Odia community members in the city have been celebrating the Jagannath Rath Yatra with great devotion. Over the last five years, the Geeta Yajna has also become a significant part of the celebrations at this temple.

The two-day Geeta Yajna concluded yesterday with a grand Purnahuti ceremony, where thousands of people gathered to witness the final rituals. The event attracted a large crowd, with people coming together in reverence and devotion to mark the end of the yajna.

To ensure the comfort of the participants, the temple organized a prasad distribution for about 3,000 people. The Geeta Yajna is a spiritually enriching event, which has become an integral part of the Odia community's religious practices in Bengaluru.
