Bhubaneswar, Mar 9: At least two people were killed after hitting a stationary lorry on Tapang flyover on National Highway no. 16 under Khordha Sadar police limits on Friday evening. The injured youth has been identified as Sanjay Martha of Godipada under Sarankula police limits of Nayagarh district.
Sources said, the motorcycle and the truck collided head-on. Following the accident, three were severely injured. They were soon rushed to a hospital where two of them were declared dead. The injured has been shifted to another hospital in the city.
Further investigation is underway.
