Chhatrapur, Jan 31: The Adani Foundation stall at the Gopalpur Beach Festival 2026 drew significant attention, witnessing a steady stream of visitors from across the state and nearby coastal villages. Visitors gathered to learn about the Foundation’s community-centric Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives being implemented in villages surrounding Gopalpur Port.

The stall showcased a wide range of programmes focused on education, healthcare, women empowerment, livelihood enhancement and environmental sustainability, which are positively impacting communities in the port’s peripheral areas. Special emphasis was laid on initiatives benefiting youth, women Self Help Groups (SHGs), and students from nearby villages.

Through informative displays and interactive sessions, representatives of the Adani Foundation engaged with visitors and explained how these initiatives are contributing to inclusive growth and sustainable development at the grassroots level.

It may be noted that the four-day-long Gopalpur Beach Festival commenced on the evening of January 27, blending tradition, culture, and modernity, and drawing large crowds to the scenic shores of this historic coastal town in Odisha’s Ganjam district. A major attraction of the festival is the Pallishree Mela, featuring around 250 stalls showcasing products from Self Help Groups, handicrafts, handlooms, and traders from across the country.
