Kolkata, May 13: The body of a member of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), was recovered on Monday morning in Ketugram village amidst ongoing polling activities in the region.
According to sources, the victim -Mintu Sheikh was returning home on Sunday night when he was attacked by unknown individuals who reportedly threw three bombs at him, resulting in his immediate demise.
Being informed, police immediately arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation into the matter.
