New Delhi, Mar 17: The trailer for the much-anticipated documentary BTS: The Return is finally here, offering fans a glimpse into the global sensation’s journey as they come back together after completing their mandatory military service.

The one-minute and fifty-five-second teaser follows BTS's seven members as they reunite in Los Angeles to begin working on new music after a period of separation. The group, which rose to fame in 2013, is one of the most successful pop acts globally, with a massive fan base known as ARMY.

As revealed in the press release, the documentary will capture BTS’s reunion in the studio, showcasing how they start creating new music and reflecting on their incredible journey from their humble beginnings in Korea to becoming global superstars.

The film also highlights personal moments from their reunion, discussing their time away from music, the changes they experienced, and their future plans. Above all, it emphasizes the deep bond between the members as they resume their collaborative work after several years apart.

Directed by Bao Nguyen, known for projects like The Stringer and The Greatest Night in Pop, BTS: The Return is produced by HYBE, This Machine, and EAST Films. The executive producers include Mark Blatty, Melissa Robledo, Seonjeong Shin, Nicole Kim, Kyewon Suh, and James Shin, while the production team also features Jane Cha Cutler, Bao Nguyen, R.J. Cutler, Elise Pearlstein, Trevor Smith, Choongeon Lee, Namjo Kim, and Se Jun Lee.

BTS: The Return will be available for streaming worldwide on Netflix starting March 27, 2026.
