Sambalpur, May 16: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Friday led a Tiranga Yatra in Sambalpur, calling it a tribute to the Indian Army and a show of support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
“To honour the strength of our armed forces and the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, we organized this Tiranga Yatra in Sambalpur. Citizens from all walks of life took part in the rally,” Pradhan said during the event.
He emphasized that the procession carried a strong message against terrorism: “Those who threaten the nation’s security will face a strong and decisive response.”
Joining Pradhan in the rally were Odisha Deputy Chief Minister KV Singh Deo and Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Narayan Naik. The event drew enthusiastic participation from the public, with many waving the national flag and voicing their support for the Indian armed forces.
The Tiranga Yatra was held as a symbol of solidarity with the military and to honour the dedication and sacrifices of India’s defence personnel.
