New Delhi, May 31: He was a member of Indian team that won the inaugural edition of ICC Men's T20 World Cup in 2007. He has been vital cog in Team India's success in all three formats for years.
Former India all-rounder Irfan Pathan has shared Indian dressing room with some of the players of the present Indian side including skipper Rohit Sharma. He is confident Rohit led Indian team will make an all-out effort to win the T20 World Cup title this time, after they narrowly missed the ODI World Cup 2023 title.
As the T20 World Cup is set to kick-off from June 2 (IST) in the West Indies and USA, Irfan has expressed confidence that the Men in Blue will "give their hearts and souls" to lift the coveted trophy.
The Rohit Sharma-led side will begin its campaign against Ireland on June 5 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.

The ninth edition of the mega event, featuring 20 teams competing across 55 games, will begin with the clash between USA and Canada on June 2 at Grand Prairie Stadium, Dallas, USA.
