Koida, Feb 2: The third edition of the 'Jharana Mahotsav,' an annual cultural celebration organized by the Koida Journalists' Union, kicked off yesterday, in Sundargarh district. The festival aims to celebrate local traditions and heritage, while also rejuvenating the rich cultural legacy of the region.

This year’s event is especially significant as it marks the third consecutive year of the festival, which has been drawing attention for its efforts in preserving and promoting local customs. The event was witnessed a grand turnout.

The chief guest for the evening of the festival was renowned actor Sidhant Mohapatra, who added glamour and charm to the occasion. Alongside him, Sarada Prasad Nayak, the legislator from Rourkela, graced the stage, further elevating the event's significance.

Sidhant Mohapatra delighted the audience by singing melodious songs on stage, creating an electric atmosphere. His performance was followed by an enthralling play titled "Luhare Luhare," which captivated the audience with its emotional depth and powerful portrayal.
