Bhubaneswar: The Football Association of Odisha (FAO), in association with the Sports and Youth Services Department, Government of Odisha, has announced the commencement of selection camps for the upcoming AIFF National Football Championships 2025–26. The camps will be held for both junior boys and junior girls’ categories.
All affiliated units under the FAO have been requested to nominate eligible players for the selection trials. Each unit may nominate a maximum of four (4) players per category. The selection camp will officially begin from 25th June 2025. Nominated players are required to report at the Football Association of Odisha Office, Barabati Stadium, Cuttack.
Junior boys and girls born between 1st January 2010 and 31st December 2011 will be eligible to join the camp. All nominated players must Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/ Municipality/ NAC or Passport (Birth Certificate must be registered within one year of birth), Aadhar Card and two recent passport-sized photographs
For birth certificates registered after one year of birth, it is mandatory to obtain attestation from a First-Class Magistrate or Presidency Magistrate to ensure its validity for AIFF’s Central Registration System (CRS) compliance.
The affiliated units are requested to submit the list of nominated players along with scanned copies of the necessary documents to the Football Association of Odisha on or before 25th June 2025.
