Mumbai, July 24: The Grevin Museum in Paris recently honored Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan by unveiling custom gold coins bearing his likeness, making him the first Bollywood actor to receive this recognition at the museum. This wax museum, situated on the Grands Boulevards, has previously immortalized SRK through wax statues, joining other global locations like the US, UK, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Thailand, India, Singapore, and Australia.
In addition to this accolade, SRK has recently rejuvenated the Hindi film industry with back-to-back blockbusters in 2023: 'Pathaan', where he portrayed a spy, and 'Jawan', where he played a cop moonlighting as a vigilante. 'Jawan', marking director Atlee's Hindi debut and featuring superstar Nayanthara, grossed Rs 1,100 crore globally as reported by industry tracker Sacnilk.
Currently, Shah Rukh Khan is focused on his upcoming project 'King', which will feature his daughter Suhana, who made her debut in the streaming movie 'The Archies'. Additionally, SRK has gracefully exited Farhan Akhtar's 'Don' franchise, passing the baton to Ranveer Singh for the titular role.
