Bhubaneswar, July 29: Subjects representing critical areas of innovation essential to building intelligent, secure and scalable systems for the future were discussed at the two-day ‘IEEE International Conference on Innovations in Intelligent Systems: Advancements in Computing, Communication and Cybersecurity---ISAC3-2025’ which concluded at the SOA Deemed to be University here on July 26.
The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) event attracted national and international participation reinforcing its standing as a prominent platform for academic and industrial collaboration in emerging technologies.
Conducted on hybrid mode, the conference was organised by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) of Institute of Technical Education and Research.
The key themes of the conference included Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Science and Health Informatics, Networking, Internet of Things and 5G, Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies and Applications.
Prof. Chae Gyoo-Soo, Professor, Division of Information and Communication of Baekseok University, South Korea, was the chief guest at the inauguration of the conference while Prof. Pramod Kumar Meher, IEEE SLATE member, Prof. Subhransu Ranjan Samantaray, Chair, IEEE Bhubaneswar Section and Prof. Pradip Kumar Sahoo, Dean of ITER, attended as guests of honour.
Prof. Pradipta Kumar Nanda, Vice-Chancellor of SOA presided over the event.
Prof. Debahuti Mishra, General Chair for the conference, delivered the welcome address while Dr. Bharat Jyoti Ranjan Sahu of the Department of CSE, ITER and Programm chair for the event proposed the vote of thanks.
The event received technical co-sponsorship from IEEE Kolkata Section, IEEE Bhubaneswar Sub-section and IEEE Communications and Computer Societies Joint Chapter.
The conference received an overwhelming 1137 manuscript submissions of which 195 high quality papers were accepted after a rigorous peer review. These papers were presented across multiple tracks during the conference and would be published in the IEEE Digital Library.
