Bhubaneswar, August 19: Services of the Puri-Patna-Puri and Bhubaneswar-Dhanbad-Bhubaneswar special trains have been extended to run up to last week of October’2023.
The Indian Railways issued notifications in this connection on Saturday.
The notifications read It has been decided to extend the services of Puri-Patna-Puri Special and Bhubaneswar-Dhanbad-Bhubaneswar Express up to the last week of October 2023. The decision has been taken after reviewing the passenger profile management and also from the demands of the traveling public.
The Services of 08439 Puri-Patna Special leaving from Puri on Saturdays have been extended to run up to 28th October 2023. In the return direction, 08440 Patna-Puri Special leaving from Patna on Sundays will run up to 29th October 2023.
Similarly, 02832 Bhubaneswar-Dhanbad Special leaving from Bhubaneswar daily will run up to 31st October 2023. In the return direction, 02831 Dhanbad-Bhubaneswar Special from Dhanbad will run up to 1st November 2023.
However, the scheduled timings and stoppages for the above train will remain unchanged, said the notification.
