Bhubaneswar: The semi-finalists lined up in the 1st Michael Kindo Memorial Hockey Championship Trophy, which was inaugurated here at Kalinga Stadium on Friday.
HTC Chhatrapur and host Bhubaneswar Hockey Club trust will face GR Ranpur and HTC Bhubaneswar respectively in the semifinals on Saturday.
In the knockout round matches on Friday, HTC Chhatrapur, host Bhubaneswar Hockey Club Trust, GR Ranpur and HTC Bhubaneswar edged out HTC Jajapur, GR Puri, HTC Cuttack and GR Dhenkanal by 5-1, 8-0, 6-0 and 4-1 respectively.
