Bhubaneswar, May 20: In the ongoing second phase of Lok Sabha and Assembly polls in Odisha, 48.95 percent voter turnout was recorded till 3 pm today.
As per official data, Bargarh Parliamentary constituency registered the highest voter turnout of 53.88 percent, followed by Sundargarh Lok Sabha constituency with 48.96 percent polling.
Similarly, Kandhamal, Bolangir and Aska parliamentary constituencies registered 48.93 percent, 46.96 percent and 46.23 percent polling respectively by 3 pm today.
Notably, the Lok Sabha and Assembly polls in Odisha are being held simultaneously in four phases -- May 13, 20, 25, and June 1. The counting of votes will be done on June 4.
