New Delhi, January 7: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a crucial conversation on Wednesday, focusing on enhancing their nations’ strategic ties.

In a post on X, Modi shared that they discussed steps to fortify the India-Israel partnership and pledged to tackle terrorism with renewed vigor.

“Happy to speak with my friend, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and extend New Year wishes to him and the people of Israel,” Modi wrote.

He added that both leaders also reviewed the regional situation and committed to working closely together in the coming year.
