Actor Sabyasachi Mishra gains 22 kg weight for his new Odia film "Randipua Ananta"

Bhubaneswar, Sept 30: A new Odia film titled "Randipua Ananta" has been officially announced by popular Ollywood actor Sabyasachi Mishra. Following the success of "Pushkara," the actor has been captivating audiences with various videos, creating excitement around this upcoming project.

Sabyasachi revealed the first look of "Randipua Ananta" on social media, stunning fans with his transformed appearance. He shared that he has gained around 22 kg weight from 75 kg to 97 kg  for his character over the past six months.

“6 months of hardwork made me 75KG to 97KG! 3 more KGs to Go. Want to see the 1st look? Write yes if u want us to upload it tomorrow with the movie name… And yes don’t forget to mention your area’s best food that can make me 100KG plus…. CHECK MY LAST 2 POSTs if You want to know why I am trying to be FAT!!!” Sabyasachi wrote on his Instagram handle.

Filming for the movie will begin in the next 30 days, and Sabyasachi will continue to maintain this strong appearance throughout the shooting period. In his post, he expressed a desire for the film to define his new identity, saying, “My new film is my new identity; I hope it surprises you.”

The film is based on the story of Odisha's renowned poet Fakir Mohan Senapati and is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Sabyasachi Mohapatra, who has won numerous national awards. The film's music will be composed by the talented Abhijit Majumdar, and it is produced by Amar Muzik and Kumar Pictures, promising a grand commercial experience.

The auspicious launch of the film took place at the famous tourist spot Harishankar in Odisha, attended by lead actors such as Surjyamayi Mahapatra and Kuna Tripathy. Sabyasachi noted that this project reflects his dedication to the industry, marking his first significant weight gain of 28 kg for a role, setting an example for others.

"I pray that my new film becomes my new identity." I have been nurturing this project for many months, keeping its subject hidden within me. I wanted to surprise you all with the first look. I hope I’ve managed to give you that surprise through my appearance.
