Bhubaneswar, Aug 21: The government of Odisha on Wednesday effected a major bureaucratic reshuffle among senior IAS officers.
Satyabrata Sahu has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Home Department whereas D K Singh has been transferred as ACS of the Revenue & Disaster Management.
According to a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance (GA&PG) Department, Satyabrata Sahu is allowed to continue in additional charge of ACS, Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department.
Similarly, Singh is allowed to remain in additional charge of Special Relief Commissioner, Odisha and Managing Director, Odisha State Disaster Management Authority.
Surendra Kumar has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary of Steel & Mines Department and Hemant Sharma as Principal Secretary of Energy Department.
Similarly, Bishnupada Sethi has been appointed Principal Secretary, ST & SC Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare department and Usha Padhe appointed Principal Secretary of Housing & Urban Development Department along with the post of Principal Secretary, Commerce & Transport Department.
